Processing technique

With   well   chosen   processing   tecniques   material   qualities   of recycled    polymers    can    be    improved    even.    This    is    valid    for polyolefines as well as technical polymers (PET, ...). As       processing       technique       we       understand       adequate regranulation   prczesses   with   single   screw   systems,   as   well   as classical compounding processes with double screw systems.

Additivations

Oftenly   in   upcycling   processes   there   are   additives   playing   a crucial    role.    They    can    fix    and    inertize    volatiles,    degraded polymer    fractions    or    do    even    chain    extensions    on    already functionalized polymeric end groups. But   also   processing   aids   are   an   important   part   of   the   puzzle, especially   to   keep   degassing   units   free   and   available   for   their core    action.    We    are    at    your    disposal    with    some    M2Bond    - additives products for trials.

Process monitoring

Finally   a   permanent   process   monitoring   is   very   important   to keep   polymer   quality   on   a   high   level   during   regranulating   or compounding.   Our   M2Watch   is   exactly   such   a   device,   able   to be connected easily by “plug and play”.
