VOC-Profiling

We    are    distinguishing    in    plastics    processing    (recycling    and compounding)   5   core   patterns.   The   better   your   process   fits into   one   of   these   patterns,   the   easier   it   will   be   to   fix   your problem.

Test for chemical reactions

Our   profiling   consists   of   two   base   trials   with   additives,   dosed into    your    process.    By    monitoring    emitted    VOCs    there    are oftenly   already   interesting   conclusions   to   modify   your   process or input grades.

Further analytical measurements

As   most   interesting   we   can   highlight   following   measurements during a profiling: - pH value out of degassing - pH value in granulation water - CO ₂  emissions and moisture out of degassing - total VOC paramter with M2Watch) out of degassing -   total   VOC   arameter   after   granulation   unit   (heating   granules up again)
