It    has    to    be    characterized    best    possible,    which    compound properties   are   targeted   to.   There   it’t   not   only   a   question   of mechanics    like    e-modulus    and    impact    properties,    but    also processability   and   end   properties   of   your   final   part   (surface, scratch resistance, …). Choice of process

Oftenly   much   too   high   temperatures   and   shear   forces   are   key problems.   Of   course   also   formulations   with   raw   materials   and additives     still     can     be     optimized.     The     best     performing parameters   will   be   found   by   a   few   hours’   degassing   monitoring with   our   own   developed   M2Watch    device.   Short   tests   with well   selected   process   aids   are   oftenly   a   very   good   additional tool.
